Ensure all webpages are W3C Compliant. Google or Yahoo spiders crawl through web sites by looking into the sites code. You job is to make html clean and no error so that these spiders are able to index every page of a website. If there are error in website, your website will not get indexed by these spiders, leading to a lower page ranking.

If a website is talking about lasik surgery, then find more specific keywords. For example “cheap lasik surgery” and “lasik surgery risk” would be the best choices because they are very specific.
